How would you deal with the guilt if you felt you were to blame for a child in your family being kidnapped?

I would be heart sick, depressed with grief.  Anger would set in on who would kidnap a child.  Determination to find

the child would never end till the child was found.

Absolutely stunned at first then most likely angry.  I don't think I would ever get up searching.  There was a famous kidnapping just a few miles down the road from here about 20 years ago, Jacob Wetterling.  His parents started the Jacob Wetterling Foundation and have never given up hope.

I think that's something no one would ever want to be in as it's so terrible. I read this series and I felt so sorry for Naomi. All the giref she had to have felt and all the blame and guilt. Whether your English or Amish, the feelings of pain is always the same. They don't change.

I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I was blame for losing a child.  I would go look to see if I could get the child back.  I would pray that the child is living with a loving family.  I felt so bad for Naomi when her dad blame her for losing his youngest child.

I would probably would try not to be bitter toward the kidnapper,

and forgive him.It would be very hard though.
